Got to the kiosk nearest the Brandenburg Gate, and say, "Ich moechte gern ein sehr grosses Bier bitte." Or you walk up to the kiosk, wait till the person behind the counter looks at you, give them the "thumbs-up" and say "Pils" or whatever you want.
