Dining out in Berlin - best places to visit?

I was wondering what would be the best places to visit in Berlin - german cuisines and other cool places?

Well, I was on a trip to Poland, because my family is Polish. When we where coming back, we drove to the Berlin airport all the way from Warsaw. Since our flight was the next day, we decided to stay at Hotel Berlin for a night. IT WAS HORRIBLE! Everything was German, which i could not understand, there where to many people and since the Hotel was very close to the airport, all the airplanes that where taking off and landing where so loud because they where coming down at the top of the hotel.! Plus there was a buissy high way right below the Hotel. DON'T TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!
